COMPANY PROFILE
IWP (2003) was formed when the two founding directors of International Wood Products Ltd, decided to separate their activities to concentrate on their respective key areas of interest and expertise. Geoff Smith is now the sole proprietor of IWP3 and continues his actvities activities in the international timber industry including
- Market research and development
- Brokerage of sawn timber and remanufactured timber products
- International trading of both softwood and hardwood
Geoff Smith is a former vice president of the New Zealand Pine Manufacturers Association and over the past twenty years has established relationships with timber manufacturers, buyers and traders throughout New Zealand, Australia, China, South America and South East Asia.
